These terms set out the agreement between you and El Mirage when you place an order through this website. By using the site or completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

2. Products

All products listed on this website are Extrait de Parfum at 50ml volume. We make every effort to describe each fragrance accurately, including its scent profile and notes. However, individual perception of fragrance varies, and the way a scent develops on the skin depends on personal chemistry, climate, and skin type.

Photographs on the website are intended to represent the product faithfully but small variations in bottle finish, label, or packaging may occur between batches.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout based on the destination.

Customers outside the United Kingdom may be liable for import duties, taxes, or handling fees levied by their own country. These are not included in the price and are the customer's responsibility.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed. Prices are fixed once an order has been confirmed.

4. Placing an Order

When you complete checkout, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, in which case we will refund any payment in full. Reasons we may decline include, but are not limited to, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

A binding contract is formed only once we have dispatched your order and sent you a shipping confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout and processed by Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. We do not store your card details.

7. Returns and Refunds

Your right to return goods is governed by our Returns policy and by UK consumer law. The Returns policy forms part of these terms.

8. Use of the Website

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the operation of the site for other users.

All content on this website — including text, photographs, the El Mirage logo and name, and the design of the site — is the property of El Mirage or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or republish it without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, El Mirage's liability in connection with any product purchased through this website is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.

10. Allergies and Skin Sensitivity

El Mirage is not liable for any allergic reaction or skin sensitivity caused by use of our fragrances. Customers with known sensitivities should review the notes listed for each fragrance and contact us before purchase if they have specific concerns.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including postal strikes, customs delays, severe weather, or supply-chain disruption.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version in force at the time you placed your order.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
