El Mirage ships worldwide from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. All orders are packed by hand and dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and key destinations across Asia and Oceania. The full list of supported countries is shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us at elmirageofficial@gmail.com and we will see what can be arranged.

Shipping Rates & Times

United Kingdom: £4.95 — Royal Mail Tracked 48. Estimated delivery 2–4 working days from dispatch.

International: £14.95 — Royal Mail International Tracked. Estimated delivery 5–14 working days from dispatch, depending on destination and local customs processing.

Please note: delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Once a parcel leaves our hands, it is in the custody of the postal service. We will provide a tracking number for every order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

El Mirage cannot predict or refund customs charges. If you are uncertain about the rules in your country, please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched. This email will include your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel through Royal Mail.

If you have not received a confirmation email within three working days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, please contact us at elmirageofficial@gmail.com with your order number. Royal Mail considers a UK parcel lost only after 10 working days, and an international parcel lost after 25 working days. We are unable to issue a replacement or refund before these timeframes have passed.

Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you and you will be responsible for the cost of re-dispatch.
